Shipping to Australia
For orders under $200 a flat rate of $10 applies. All orders are shipped express.
Postage for oversized items such as blocking mats, sweater kits and swifts will be calculated and charged separately at checkout. There will be a note on the product page for products that are oversized.
Due to current shop renovation works, please allow extra processing time for online orders as we will be shipping only once a week on Mondays.
Also In-store Pickup service is currently paused due to Canterbury store closed for renovation.
Shipping to New Zealand
For NZ Standard shipping, all orders will have a flat rate of AUS$20.
For NZ Express shipping, all orders will have a flat rate of AUS$30
For oversized items, please contact us for quote.
Pre-Orders Shipping
If you add other items with a Pre-Order item, please note that we will hold all items in your order until the pre-order item is released.
If you want your other items immediately, please submit a separate order and we'll post them out to you.
Sustainable Packaging
We use recycled mailers and biodegradable cartons. We reuse packaging material that we receive from suppliers.
