What is your shipping policy?
Shipping within Australia (ONLY)
Free express shipping on orders over $200.
For orders under $200 a flat rate of $12 applies. All orders are shipped express.
Please allow 2 business days processing time for online orders.
Postage for oversized items such as blocking mats, sweater kits and swifts will be calculated and charged separately at checkout. There will be a note on the product page for products that are oversized.
We do not offer international shipping.
Pre-Orders Shipping
If you add other items with a Pre-Order item, please note that we will hold all items in your order until the pre-order item is released.
If you want your other items immediately, please submit a separate order and we'll post them out to you.
Sustainable Packaging
We use recycled mailers and biodegradable cartons. We reuse packaging material that we receive from suppliers.
What is your returns policy?
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction with a purchase is our main priority. We understand returns may sometimes be necessary. If you need to return an item, please call us first to discuss.
Our returns policy applies both in store and online.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges, and it must occur within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are only available if goods are faulty or misrepresented.
Returns are available on yarn if the same dye lot is still in stock and it must be in original condition, and will be processed in the form of exchange or store credit.
No returns on needles and books.
Yarn substitution calculations are done with care and in good faith with the information available. Therefore customers have agreed to the recommendation provided upon yarn purchase. As such we are unable to take responsibility for any shortfall or over supply of yarn.
While we take every care in photographing our products to ensure a reasonable accuracy in the depiction of colour and texture of the yarn, due to the differences in the calibrations of individual monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be an exact match to the colour of the yarn.
When can i pick up my online order?
Online orders can be picked up during our opening hours from the Sunspun Warehouse - located behind the shop at 13 Delany Close, Canterbury.
On arrival, ring the door bell, show your order confirmation email to a staff member who will bring your order to you.

Does adding to cart hold my items?
Not it does not, you must complete checkout.
Are your colours accurate in photos?
While we take every care in photographing our products to ensure a reasonable accuracy in the depiction of colour and texture of the yarn, due to the differences in the calibrations of individual
monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be an exact match to the colour of the yarn.
Will I get the same dye lot if I order more than 10 balls?
We cannot guarantee that you will get the same dye lot when ordering more than 10 balls, so please contact us at the shop before placing your order to avoid disappointment. We will always try to do our best to ensure balls are from the same dye lot.
Do you offer a yarn winding service?
We offer COMPLIMENTARY winding service (skein to ball) with yarns purchased from Sunspun.
Terms & Conditions apply, see below:
1) Yarn must be purchased from Sunspun. Proof of purchase must be shown.
2) For online orders, the default is not to wind any skeins. Please use the comment section at checkout to request winding and to specify which skeins are to be wound. Allow one extra day of processing time per order to wind your skeins.
3) For in-store purchases, we can wind up to 2 skeins at the time of purchase. Any further skeins that require winding with be available for pick up the next business day.
4) No refund or exchange of yarn once it has been wound.
