Are your colours accurate in photos?
While we take every care in photographing our products to ensure a reasonable accuracy in the depiction of colour and texture of the yarn, due to the differences in the calibrations of individual
monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colour on your screen will be an exact match to the colour of the yarn.
Will I get the same dye lot if I order more than 10 balls?
We cannot guarantee that you will get the same dye lot when ordering more than 10 balls, so please contact us at the shop before placing your order to avoid disappointment. We will always try to do our best to ensure balls are from the same dye lot.
When can i pick up my online order?
Our pickup service is currently paused due to shop renovations.
When will my order be posted?
Please note we are closed for renovation from 4pm 20th December 2024 to early February 2025. Processing of online orders will resume in early January 2025.
Please allow extra processing time for online orders as we will be shipping only once a week on Mondays.
How much is shipping?
FREE express shipping on orders over $200 within Australia.
For orders under $200 a flat rate of $10 applies within Australia. All orders are shipped express.

Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes we do.For NZ Standard shipping, all orders will have a flat rate of $20.
For NZ Express shipping, all orders will have a flat rate of $30.
For NZ Express shipping, all orders will have a flat rate of $30.
Does adding to cart hold my items?
Not it does not, you must complete checkout.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction with a purchase is our main priority. We understand returns may sometimes be necessary. If you need to return an item, please call us first to discuss.

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we sell Sunspun Gift Cards.
1. For e-Gift Cards to use at our online store, please click on the GIFT CARDS on the navigation menu.
2. For Gift Cards to use for in-store purchases at our Canterbury shop, please give us a call on (03) 9830 1609 or visit our shop in-person to discuss your needs.

Do you offer a yarn winding service?
We offer COMPLIMENTARY winding service (skein to ball) with yarns purchased from Sunspun.
Terms & Conditions apply, see below:
1) Yarn must be purchased from Sunspun. Proof of purchase must be shown.
2) For online orders, the default is not to wind any skeins. Please use the comment section at checkout to request winding and to specify which skeins are to be wound. Allow one extra day of processing time per order to wind your skeins.
3) For in-store purchases, we can wind up to 2 skeins at the time of purchase. Any further skeins that require winding with be available for pick up the next business day.
4) No refund or exchange of yarn once it has been wound.
