FAQs
When do I need to pay for the Workshops?
Payment must be paid in full upon booking. All workshop fees are set and strictly non-negotiable.
If a Clinic has multiple parts, do I have to pay for each session separately?
No. For Clinics with 2 to 4 parts, the fee covers the cost of all sessions.
Am I required to attend every session of a multi-part workshop?
Yes, attendance to all weeks is expected.
Where are the workshops held, and is the space accessible?
Our workshops take place in our Makers Loft, located directly behind our shop at 13 Delany Close, Canterbury, 3126.
Please note that accessing the loft requires walking up one flight of stairs. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause if you have mobility requirements.
How much notice do I need to give to cancel my workshop booking and get a refund?
You must provide at least 7 days' notice to receive a full refund.
What happens if I cancel my workshop booking with less than 7 days' notice?
We cannot guarantee a full refund unless another booking fills your spot.

Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the very first workshop session to qualify for a full refund.

Workshops require a minimum of 4 people to go ahead. If we have to postpone or cancel the event, you can choose to receive a full refund or use the amount paid as store credit.
Can I cancel or get a refund for a social event ticket?
No. All ticket sales and registrations for social events are final. We cannot offer refunds or cancellations because food and catering are prepaid based on your RSVP.
