Recommeded Needles
4mm for pattern stitch, 3.5mm for bands

The sweater is worked from the bottom up on circular needles to the underarm. Then, the front and back are separated and worked flat, back and forth. The sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole and worked out to the cuff so that the sleeve length can be adjusted.
