Tension
In stocking stitch using 4mm needles:
17 stitches = 10 cm
26 rows = 10cm
Recommended Needles
4mm circular needle for body
3.5mm needles for border and collar
Note: Needles are recommended, so please check your tension for your ideal needle size before starting your project.
This pullover is worked top-down, working back and forth in stocking stitch from the collar and then in rounds with twisted raglan stitches. Increase are made along these raglan stitches until reaching underarm. Then the body and sleeves are worked separately in stocking stitch. The last several rows of the bottom front and back body are worked separately to make a split hem. Borders for both front and back bottom edges and sleeves are worked sideways while decreasing body stitches at the same time.
