Rib (k1, p1) on a 5mm needle, un-stretched:
10cm = 28 sts

Pattern on a 7mm needle:
10cm = 15 sts
10cm = 24 rows
Recommended Needles
For rib and front edges: 5mm
For pattern: 7mm
For cast-on: 4.5mm
Note: Needles are recommended, so please check your tension for your ideal needle size before starting your project.
The design is worked from the bottom up in reverse stockinette stitch (WS out) with raised stitches along the sides and armholes. Short rows are worked on the shoulders and a rib section is worked sideways on each shoulder, joining the front and back. Stitches are picked up and knitted for a turtle-neck that is worked in rib and finished with an Italian bind-off. The sleeves are worked in reverse stockinette stitch (WS out), and finished with a tight fitting rib cuff and an Italian bind-off.
