HOW TO BOOK A LIVE VIDEO SHOPPING CALL
Step 1
Book an appointment by using our easy-to-use booking form. You will then receive a video call link in your email inbox.
Step 2
On your appointment date and time, click on the Confer Link sent to your inbox to be connected with one of our yarn experts. You can join using any device that has a microphone and camera (camera can be disabled).

Will I be speaking with a real person?
Yes! All our shopping assistants are real people. They are excited to meet with you on the 1-on-1 video call.
Can I make a purchase through the video call?
Yes! Our shopping assistants can help add items to your cart for you. For security purposes, you’ll have to complete the checkout process yourself so that you won't have to share any personal information with us.
Do I have to turn my camera on?
It’s up to you! If you’re feeling camera shy there’s a no-video option available.
How long is an appointment?
